Meet Todd
For a dad that’s got it all, Live it Up gives him one more “daily win.”
“Once kids come around, obviously, life changes. And if it doesn’t, you’re not doing it right,” says Todd Olson.
Todd, a father to three adult kids, Summer, Mac, and Rose, is well-versed in the fun-filled chaos of fatherhood and how it can shift your priorities.
While Todd fully welcomed and embraced his title as “Dad,” he realized he had to get creative with his daily routine to maintain an active lifestyle and instill a healthy mindset in his children as well.

As a lifelong hockey player, Todd focused on encouraging a love of sports in his kids. From introducing their eldest daughter to running at the age of five to coaching youth sports for nearly 20 years, Todd and his wife have cultivated a sport-centric family dynamic. “They're young adults on their own, and they're still active, which is a good feeling,” says Todd.
Once his children were fully immersed in sports, from soccer to hockey, Todd found himself seeking additional ways to support his own health journey. Faced with a busy schedule, juggling work and family time, he established a morning routine, waking up early and incorporating healthy habits such as journaling and meditation.
“I was looking for levers in, like nutrition, where maybe I could bring more sustainable energy into my day. And, you know, I think trying to lean in a little more on whole plant-based foods.”
That’s when Todd came across Live it Up Super Greens and adopted it as part of his healthy morning routine. He found that the greens powder helps him sustain energy, reach his daily plant quota, and achieve an overall sense of wellness.
“I have the belief, and I want to encourage the belief, that longevity exists in the daily wins.” And for Todd, Live it Up is part of his “daily win routine.”
As Father's Day approaches, Todd reflects on his role as a dad and how he can continue to support and encourage his children on their own wellness journeys. He says, “Success happens not because you're highly talented, and not because you have the best coach or the best mentor. It happens because of discipline.”
His advice? “First of all, believe in yourself. Secondly, trust the process. So, here is a tool (Live it Up) that can help with your wellness journey, right? But you gotta own it. Meaning, it's discipline.”
This Father’s Day, Todd is following his super dad advice and raising a glass of Live it Up in support of his own commitment to health and wellness.
