Real Stories.
Real Moms.
Real Moms.
Kemaro starts her afternoons in the best way: playing dress-up, dancing to Caribbean music, and teaching her daughters island phrases she grew up with.
They’re giggling, spinning, doing each other’s makeup. They’re learning about the culture of their Mama’s home in the islands – before she moved for the best of reasons. Love.
The girls want to play nonstop. And when she’s healthy, Kemaro can live in the moment with them, be present in their lives.
But Kemaro doesn’t just want to keep up with her girls.
She wants to set the example.
“I want them to understand that health matters. That even small movement, even one tiny daily choice, adds up. I want them to know how to take care of their bodies, because I’m showing them how I care for mine.”
Kemaro is a full-time mom of three, all under eight years old. She works two jobs. Her days begin at 6:15 a.m. and don’t stop until well after sunset.
Between nursing the baby, morning school routines, client work, and her content creation business, she hardly has a minute to spare.
But every morning, she makes time for one thing:
Live It Up Super Greens.
“The reality is as much as we want to be able to chop some fruits and vegetables, we don't always have the time to do it. It’s the first thing I drink. It gives me nutrients, energy, and this sense of ease — like I’ve already done something good for myself.”
Since starting Live It Up, Kemaro has felt a noticeable shift.
“My girls call it my power juice. They know that mommy has to get the green juice. We are not coffee drinkers here, so they associate that with mommy’s energy boost.
I am just in an overall better place physically, mentally I'm able to push forward more, get more out of my day. I kind of feel more like superwoman in a sense. I have that extra zest and zeal and pep in my step”
It hasn’t just given her energy for work and play. It’s helped with her confidence. She noticed her skin is more vibrant. And she really noticed recently when she tried on her workout pants.
“I realized I would say a month in, I didn't have that bloat. So my clothes do fit me a lot better than it did before.”
And as someone who pours so much into those around her, like so many moms do, that confidence helps her show up as a better version of herself.
But a major bonus that sealed the deal for Kemaro? The ingredients.
“One of the ingredients is moringa. I’m an island girl and moringa is something I grew up using. So it’s near and dear to my heart knowing its benefits. When I saw moringa listed, I knew Live it Up understood. It's the only greens powder that uses it. That’s the good stuff, something that’s real.
