Meet Sean
Super Greens for a super dad.
As the father of a 13-year-old daughter and 11-year-old son, Sean Russer lives and breathes youth sports. His daughter is on four cheerleading teams, while his son is on three baseball teams, meaning Sean and his wife have become pros at juggling their kids’ schedules and supporting their hobbies.
“Any day that ends in ‘y' basically has something to do with one sport or another,” says Sean.
An average day involves picking up their kids, feeding them dinner, transporting them to their games or practices, and, of course, cheering them on. With so much excitement and such a packed schedule, Sean needs to be on his A-game.
However, Sean has long struggled with food allergies and sensitivities that contribute to GI issues. In fact, his symptoms were getting so bad that they were interrupting his daily life and his ability to show up as a father.

He likened himself to the social media skit, where the wife takes 45 seconds to use the bathroom, while the husband takes 45 minutes. “You want to talk about living a meme? That was my life!”
He says he was constantly worried, thinking to himself, “Oh, no, am I going to have one of those days tomorrow where I can't be at my son's baseball game? Because usually my issues were in the morning, and his games are in the morning.” He continues, “The anxiety around that was almost worse than the actual physical issues.”
On a mission to improve his health, Sean began taking Live It Up Super Greens and noticed a positive change in his symptoms. “As long as I take it regularly, I go regularly. And the only thing that I could correlate that I've actually changed as a daily routine is using the product.” He says he drinks it every morning, explaining, “I know at least I've kind of started the day off on a win, at least for my health.”
As Father’s Day rolls around, Sean thinks back on his past choices and how his current choices can impact his future as a father, as well as his children’s future.
“With all the nights and odd hours that I've worked and the crappy diets that I've had in the past, I know I've already got a bunch of years shaved off my life,” he says. “I want to be around to see my kids’ kids, you know. I want to be able to have grandkids and watch them grow up.”
Sean says, “They say that your health is 85% diet and 15% exercise. That’s a major portion of something that I could easily control. So, why not? You know, better-in, better-out kind of concept.”
This Father’s Day, Sean plans to start his morning off with Live it Up Greens, so it’s easier to go and to get going for whatever fly balls and cartwheels come his way.
