Your satisfaction is very important to us, so we are happy to offer a 30-day return policy on first-time product orders only.

To submit your request, please email support@artofenso.com within 30 consecutive days from the day of delivery of your first order, using the subject line “Return Policy". Please note that only first orders can be returned. To initiate the process, you must include in the email your name, your order number, and the reason that you are unsatisfied with the product. We appreciate your honest feedback! Our Customer Support team will then be happy to assist you with your request.

If the order is approved as eligible, after the returned product is received and inspected, you will then be refunded the original purchase price of the product minus a flat $9.99 fee (per eligible product). This fee covers the initial cost of shipping and handling for the product. Even if your purchase was part of a “free shipping” promotion, the $9.99 fee will still be applied towards your refund.

Please note that our return policy only applies to first-time orders.

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store.

Once you want to proceed with the order, you can do so by going to the product page and clicking "add to cart".

Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method - we will ship your package within 1 business day.

We recommend speaking with your primary healthcare physician prior to taking dietary supplements during pregnancy or breast-feeding to know what's best for you.

Our products are good to consume up to 12 months after the manufactured date.

Since we use all-natural vitamins & herbs they will naturally begin to break down over time after that.

We recommend keeping your product in a cool, dry place and to avoid direct sunlight.

Adding products:

You can get your subscription login here to add a product to your subscription. Enter the same email you used to subscribe and follow the instructions to get access.

Once you're in your dashboard, select ‘Edit Subscriptions’ and then ‘Subscriptions’ under your name and choose ‘Add Product.’ You will then have the option to add any product to your existing delivery date or choose a custom date.   

Please note: You can add an additional subscription product to your order up to 72 hours before your next order ships.

Skipping or canceling subscription:

You can get your subscription login here to skip or cancel your subscription. Enter the same email you used to subscribe and follow the instructions to get access.

Once you're in your dashboard, select ‘Edit Subscriptions’ and then ‘Delivery Schedule’. You'll find all future deliveries and skip the ones you'd like.

To cancel your subscription at any time, select ‘Edit subscriptions’ and ‘Subscriptions’ under your name and finally click 'Cancel'.

Returns for Subscription Orders: 

You will be charged monthly 10 days before shipment date and we request that any cancellations be made 15 days before your next shipment so the administrative work can be processed and cancelled.

Any orders that are not cancelled within 15 days will be shipped and cancelled for the following month. 

Each blend has been formulated by weight not by volume, so products may have a different amount based on visual reference, but each formulation has the correct amount of servings stated on the packaging.

Our products are always sealed. If you have any concerns that your package may not have been sealed upon receiving please contact our team at support@artofenso.com.

Prop 65 is a mandated statement that requires all California-based companies to add a notice to their label or website that the product may contain metals that in large quantities might be harmful to humans.

It's worth noticing that most natural products may have trace amounts of metals -- which naturally occur in the food. According to Prop 65, if a company recommends a specific serving size (which we do), the warning has to be displayed when products are sold in California (which we also do!).

This statement is not required in any other state or country in the world.

We source only the purest natural ingredients and test all products to make sure they are safe and clean.
