If you're not happy with your first order, weâve got you covered with our 30-day money-back guarantee. You can request a full refund, excluding handling fees, within 30 days of delivery for all of your first-time purchases of any Live it Up product from www.letsliveitup.com.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To request a refund, email support@letsliveitup.com with: your order number, your name, and the reason for your return.
Once we receive your request, we'll send return instructions. Be sure to keep tracking info as we canât issue a refund for items we donât receive. Once we get your return and confirm everything checks out, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 days.

All Live it Up products are best enjoyed within 12 months of the manufacture date. Because we use all-natural vitamins, herbs, and superfoods (no synthetic fillers here!), the nutrients can slowly start to break down over timeâso sooner is better for maximum potency.
To keep your products fresh and effective, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Think pantry or cupboardânot your windowsill.
Adding products:
Log in here to add a product to your subscription. Enter the same email you used to subscribe and follow the instructions to get access.
Once you're in your dashboard, select âView your next orderâ. Scroll to the bottom to see all available products and accessories. Select âAdd' next to the item you want, then choose the quantity, order type: one-time only, or as a subscription, and finally click on âAdd to order'. Youâre all set, and your new product will ship with your next scheduled order!
Please note: You can add an additional subscription or one-time product to your order up to 24 hours before your next order ships.

Skipping, rescheduling, or canceling subscription:
If you need a little more time before your next order, you can easily reschedule or skip your upcoming shipment, no matter the reason, in a few simple steps.
Log in to your account, and once youâre in your dashboard, below your next order date, you can either âRescheduleâ or âSkipâ your upcoming order.
This will push back the processing, billing, and shipping of your order, and everything will pick back up on your next scheduled shipment date.
To cancel your subscription, select âManage your subscriptionâ and proceed to the âCancel Subscriptionâ button at the bottom of the page.

How do I manage my subscription?
Prop 65 is a mandated statement that requires all California-based companies to add a notice to their label or website that the product may contain metals that, in large quantities, might be harmful to humans.
It's worth noticing that most natural products may have trace amounts of metals, which naturally occur in the food. According to Prop 65, if a company recommends a specific serving size (which we do), the warning has to be displayed when products are sold in California (which we also do!).
This statement is not required in any other state or country in the world.
