Immuno 150 advertises itself as “everything your body needs” and contains over 150 natural ingredients. There is little information about the company on its website, as it mostly seems to be a large promotion for its supplements and other products. 

A division of Liquid Assets, Inc., called Exceptional Health Products manufactures the product. Research only shows that Exceptional Health Products, the maker of Immuno 150, is located in Oklahoma. Other than that, we could not find any information about the company’s mission and backstory, how their supplement is formulated, or where they source their ingredients.

What Is Immuno 150?

With 70 ingredients and “80 additional nutrients,” Immuno 150 is a nutrient-rich supplement that provides all your daily essential vitamins and minerals. A single serving of Immuno 150 is 5 pills, which is a rather hefty serving compared to similar supplements.

As part of its 150 ingredients, Immuno 150 has 18 synthetic vitamins and minerals. It’s important to note that many of the included vitamins exceed the recommended daily value (DV)—sometimes significantly. 

The Immuno 150 capsules also consist of four proprietary blends, meaning that the exact amounts of each ingredient are not disclosed. These ingredient complexes include:

However, some ingredients are not necessary for the formula, and they could have been included as whole-food ingredients for greater effectiveness.

Balance of Nature Overview

Balance of Nature has been in business for almost 30 years, becoming a staple in the supplement market. Although they have a long-standing reputation, their products are less comprehensive than most modern multivitamins and green powders. 

Balance of Nature uses a specialized vacuum method to rapidly dehydrate produce and trap nutrients in a powdered form, which is then put inside their capsules. Dr. Douglas Howard, the company's founder, developed this technique in 1997.

What Is Balance of Nature? 

The company sells its supplements in two packages of capsules, designed to be taken together: a Fruits blend and a Veggies blend. They also claim that the fruit and veggie supplements are most effective when taken with their Fiber & Spice formula, which is sold separately.

Balance of Nature may be popular, but it lacks transparency. The company claims to provide you with all the “vital nutrition” you need each day, but there is no list of vitamins, minerals, or phytonutrients included in any of its products.

Bottom Line: Despite the fact that they’ve been in business for many years, Balance of Nature does not provide enough superfood ingredients to make their Fruits and Veggies supplements powerful multivitamins. Their lack of information about what nutrients they actually provide also makes it difficult for someone to determine their value.

• Flavonoids are naturally occurring compounds in fruits and vegetables that have strong antioxidant properties, which helps your body get rid of free radicals. Bioflavonoids are specifically found in citrus fruits and may deliver effective doses of vitamin C.
