What Is AG1 Athletic Greens?
Â
Best Athletic Greens AG1 Alternatives
Finding the best greens powder for your individual needs means evaluating key elements like ingredients, purported benefits, manufacturing, taste, and price. Check out these alternatives to help in your quest for a healthier you.
1. Live it Up Super Greens

After extensive research on greens powders, Super Greens earns my top pick as the best alternative to AG1 by Athletic Greens. This greens powder supplement is formulated to help support your gut health, immune response, and energy levels and has all the distinct characteristics that make up a great greens powder.
Price
- $59.99 for a single purchase of a 30-serving pouch ($1.99 per serving)
- $39.99 for a 30-serving pouch with a subscription ($1.33 per serving)
- Always free shipping
Ingredients
Super Greens is brimming with impressive proprietary blends of superfoods, including
- Grasses like barley grass, alfalfa grass, and wheatgrass
- Blue-green algae like spirulina and broken cell wall chlorella as well asÂ
- High-nutrient plants like moringa, dulse, nopal cactus, roots, and herbs
Since there are around 20 superfoods (and not 75), you're getting a higher concentration of ingredients in effective doses to support your health.
Purported Benefits
- If you're looking to aid your digestion, Super Greens contains 5 billion CFUs of probiotics with four different strains of beneficial bacteria, along with three grams of fiber and a digestive enzyme blend that combines three plant-based enzymes. Super Greens strategically includes both papain from papaya and bromelain from pineapple. Both of these plant-based digestive enzymes have been shown to be particularly helpful in supporting the digestive tract and aiding bloating discomfort.
- Super Greens can also support your immune health through its array of vitamins and minerals, plus immune-targeting ingredients like ginger, broccoli, and kale.
- Lastly, Super Greens targets sustained energy levels without caffeine or sugar that could cause a crash. Leafy greens, vitamin B12, and antioxidants can help fight oxidative stress and inflammation while aiding the recovery and focus you need to perform at your best.
Quality and Safety
Super Greens is both rigorously tested and carefully manufactured, showing Live it Upâs commitment to safety. This product is made in the USA with non-GMO ingredients, is third-party tested, and is made in a GMP-Certified facility. Plus, Super Greens is all-natural and doesnât include any fillers, added sugar, or artificial ingredients.
Bonus: Live it Up Super Greens is made with organic vegetables, so you can be sure you're leaving the pesticides and herbicides behind.
Dietitian Tip: Dietary supplements are not FDA regulated, meaning that itâs essential to ensure the supplement youâre taking is safe, high-quality, and actually includes the ingredients it claims to! Look for supplements that are non-GMO, made in GMP-certified facilities, and third-party tested.
Taste and Texture
Live it Up Super Greens is genuinely one of the tastiest greens powders I've tried, with two great flavors. Original has a light minty flavor and smooth texture without being too grassy or gritty. The Wild Berries flavor adds a bright berry zing. Both flavors mix well with water and other liquids because they are so finely ground.

Bottom line: If you're looking for a top-notch greens powder, my number one choice for an Athletic Greens alternative is Live it Up Super Greens, an exceptional investment in your health.
2. Huel Daily Greens

Founded by Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist (RDN) Julian Hearn, Huel was built on the mission of making essential nutrition accessible for people in a time crunch. Boasting 91+ ingredients and 146 potential health benefits, Huel Daily Greens offers a wealth of health-inspired lingo and aesthetic packaging.
As a registered dietitian, I was skeptical whether Huel Daily Greens actually delivered on its promises. Below, Iâll walk you through my careful analysis of Huel and why I think itâs a good swap for AG1.
Read the full Huel Greens review.
Price
- $56.50 for 30 servings ($1.88 per serving)
- $45 for 30 servings with a subscription ($1.50 per serving)
- Shipping is only free for orders of $65+
Ingredients
Huel Daily Greens includes more than 91 ingredients, which means you likely will not get effective doses of individual superfoods in each scoop. The overstuffing of ingredients is one of my biggest issues with Huel and raises concerns about the productâs efficacy.Â
These 91 ingredients are grouped into six ingredient groups: Plant-Based Protein and Superfood Blend, Organic Antioxidant Greens Blend, Organic Superfruit Blend, Organic Adaptogen and Super Mushroom Complex, Organic Botanical Blend, and Probiotics. Also of note is the inclusion of stevia leaf, guar gum, and other natural flavors.
Purported Benefits
Claiming to offer 146 purported benefits, Huel Daily Greens claims to target everything from digestion and gut health to immunity, cognitive function, stress relief, and more. Itâs important to note that exact quantities of specific ingredients, such as ashwagandha (a popular adaptogen linked to stress reduction), shiitake mushroom, ginger, and other superfoods are not specified so it is unclear whether the formula includes them in effective doses.
Additionally, Huel only contains 3mg of probiotics. Considering that experts generally recommend a minimum probiotic dose of 1 billion CFU, Huel significantly falls short. This is especially true when compared to the hefty probiotic quantities of other greens powders, such as the 5 billion CFU in Live it Up Super Greens.
Quality and Safety
Many of Huelâs ingredients are organic (far more than in AG1). The product is manufactured in FDA-approved facilities. As far as allergens are concerned, Huel Daily Greens is vegan, non-GMO, gluten-free, and dairy-free (though the manufacturers also handle dairy, which may increase the risk of cross-contamination).
Additionally, Huel states that they occasionally test for heavy metals via third parties and work to keep their productâs quality aligned with the European Food Safety Authority.
Taste and Texture
Huel is available in three flavor optionsâwatermelon, lemon & ginger, and the original. For the most part, each of these flavors lacks the characteristic grassy taste associated with many super greens powders (like AG1). However, the inclusion of stevia left a lingering aftertaste.
As far as mixability goes, Huel Daily Greens dissolved easily, and only a little sediment remained at the bottom of the glass. Compared to Live it Up Super Greens, the texture was slightly chalkier due to this lingering sediment but otherwise was easy to drink.
Huel Pros | Huel Cons |
|
|
Bottom Line: Though Huel Daily Greens touts a lengthy ingredient list and purported benefits, I have many of the same concerns about underdosed superfoods and overdosed micronutrients as with AG1. Still, the formula similarly appeals to active individuals, has multiple flavors, and offers a more reasonable price point than AG1.
3. Bloom Greens & Superfoods
Bloom Greens & Superfoods presents its product as a greens powder that helps to ârelieve bloat, promote energy, and support gut health.â It was founded by fitness and wellness influencer Mari Llewellyn and her husband Greg LaVecchia. Though the company offers a range of dietary supplements, Greens & Superfoods has become a social media favorite.
Read the full Bloom Greens review.Â
Price
- $34.99 for a 30-serving tub ($1.16 per serving)
- $31.50 for a 30-serving tub with a subscription ($1.05 per serving)
- Free shipping is only for subscribers or orders of $50+.
Ingredients
Bloom's product has 2 grams of dietary fiber, a nutrient many greens powders fall short on. Like Athletic Greens, Bloom boosts its fiber content by adding inulin, and apple fruit powder. Inulin is a prebiotic fiber, an important food source for the friendly bacteria in your gut. (Note that Live it Up Super Greens contains 3 grams of fiber naturally without an added fiber blend).
Bloom includes a variety of superfoods, including
- A vegetable blend with alfalfa grass, carrot, kale, wheatgrass, and green tea leaf
- Adaptogens like Rhodiola and American Ginseng
- An attractive number of berries, such as tart cherry and elderberry. These petite fruits are antioxidant-packed and have anti-inflammatory properties.
A final note on ingredients. While this greens powder uses chlorella powder, it does not specify if it is broken cell wall chlorella for best bioavailability. Additionally, Bloom contains green tea extract in some of their flavors, which may impart some caffeine. This may be a benefit for those seeking a pick-me-up with their greens powders, or something to consider if youâre trying to avoid caffeine.
Purported Benefits
According to Bloom Nutrition, one of the largest purported benefits of Greens & Superfoods is enhanced gut health. But unlike Live it Up and AG1, Bloom does not disclose how many CFUs are included in the product. This means that there could be enough to be impactful or just a sprinkling for show.
Additionally, Bloom Greens & Superfoods may promote energy levels due to the inclusion of greens, berries, and other superfoods. However, like with the lack of information regarding probiotics, Bloom fails to provide the specific vitamin and mineral content for many essential nutrients. Though the product claims to promote energy, stronger skin and nails, immunity, and more, it is unclear whether you are actually getting sufficient nutrients to reap these benefits.Â
Quality and Safety
Bloomâs greens juice powder is dairy-free, gluten-free, and free from GMO ingredients. Additionally, the product is third-party tested to ensure it doesnât contain heavy metals, microbes, pesticides, or gluten. Itâs important to note that though Bloom is produced in a GMP-certified facility and is nut-free, that facility does also handle tree nuts and dairy.Â
Taste and Texture
Bloom Greens covers many taste needs by providing eight flavors. The flavors range from fruity options like Mango and Kiwi Strawberry to Citrus or the Original. However, all flavors contain stevia, which may be overpoweringly sweet with a lingering aftertaste.
Unfortunately, many reviewers note that Greens & Superfoods has a chalky and gritty texture. Though some people get around this drawback by mixing the powder with a milk frother, it generally falls short as far as drinkability is concerned.
Â
Bloom Pros | Bloom Cons |
|
|
Bottom line: While we may not know if Bloom Greens & Superfoods contains an effective dose of probiotics and nutrients, it does include a nice variety of superfoods for on a budget and has many flavors to choose from, making it a good AG1 alternative.
4. Amazing Grass Greens Blend
Amazing Grass Greens Blend is one of the best Athletic Greens alternatives because it is a no-nonsense, affordable greens powder advertised to help maintain overall health and wellness.
Read the full Amazing Grass review.
Price
- $26.99 for a 30-serving container ($0.90 per serving).
- There is no subscription option through the Amazing Grass website
- Free shipping is only available for orders $60+.
Ingredients
One big perk of Amazing Grass Greens Blend is that almost all of its ingredients are organic. Plus, you know they've done their research because it contains cracked cell wall chlorella among their 20 ingredients.
Amazing Grassâ formula includes a Green Food Blend, Antioxidant Blend, Fiber Blend, and a digestive enzyme complex.Â
Note that this greens supplement contains green tea leaf extract, so avoid taking it before bed if you are sensitive to caffeine. But what truly disappoints is the added filler silica. When used in powders, silica often plays the role of a bulking and anti-caking agent.
Purported Benefits
Amazing Grass may support gut health due to its fiber and superfood content, not to mention the prebiotics and probiotics. However, at only 1 billion CFUs of a single strain, the probiotic quantity is at a bare minimum dose, and there are no digestive enzymes in the blend.
Aside from gut health and digestion, Amazing Grass may support overall wellness, âvitality,â and immunity due to its high content of fruits and vegetables.
Quality and Safety
This super greens powder is manufactured in the United States in a GMP-certified facility and is third-party tested.
Taste and Texture
Another benefit is that Amazing Grass Greens has three flavors. If the Original is not to your liking, you could try Berry, Pineapple, or Chocolate instead. However, there are mixed reviews on taste and texture, as many customers have found this blend to be gritty.
Â
Amazing Grass Pros | Amazing Grass Cons |
|
|
Bottom line: Amazing Grass Greens Blend has almost all organic superfood ingredients, elevating its status among greens powders. It has three flavors and is still more affordable than AG1. However, if youâre trying to avoid fillers, you may want to look elsewhere.
5. Zena Greens

Â
Since launching in 2024 and being carried at big box retailers, curiosity has gathered around Zena Greens. Created by the company Zena Nutrition, this greens powder is the only one on this list that is certified USDA organic. With a reasonable price point and well-rounded ingredient list, Zena Greens is a solid budget-friendly pick.
Read the full Zena vs. AG1 comparison.
Price
- $32.99 for a 30-serving tub ($ per serving).
- $24.99 for a 30-serving tub with a subscription ($0.83 per serving).
- Free shipping is only for orders $35+.
Ingredients
Made with USDA organic ingredients, Zena Greens is packed with 70+ superfoods such as organic oat grass, organic barley grass, organic carrot, and organic wheatgrass. Additionally, the powder contains 2411mg of a proprietary Organic Fiber, Prebiotics, Probiotics, and Digestive Enzyme Blend.
Though many good-for-you ingredients are included in this blend, itâs important to note that Zena does not disclose the specific quantities of pre- and probiotics, making it unclear whether Zena contains enough to be effective. Additionally, the product does not include specific nutrition information for many essential vitamins and minerals.
Purported Benefits
According to their website, Zena Greens aims to fill nutritional gaps, promote hydration, and offer digestion support. Though improved digestion is one of the main purported benefits, the lack of information regarding the specific quantities of probiotics, prebiotics, and digestive enzymes raises concerns about the productâs efficacy. That being said, Zena Greens does contain 3g of dietary fiber which may assist digestion and gut health.
Quality and Safety
Zena Greens uses certified USDA-organic ingredients and is non-GMO, gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and vegetarian. However, Zena notes that their greens powder is produced in a facility that also handles manufactured in a facility that also processes tree nuts, peanuts, soy, and wheat.â It is also unclear whether the manufacturing facility is GMP-certified.Â
The companyâs website states that all products are third-party tested for quality and safety.
Taste and Texture
Zena Greens is sweetened with stevia leaf extract which may leave an unpleasant aftertaste for some people. Though the greens powder is available in three flavors (mixed berry, mango, and green apple), many reviewers report that the formula is too sweet. Compared to Bloom Greens & Superfoods, Zena Greens dissolves easily in liquid and has a palatable texture.
Â
Zena Pros | Zena Cons |
|
|
Bottom line: Zena Greens is an excellent budget-friendly pick due to its organic ingredients. However, the excessively sweet flavor and lack of vitamin and mineral transparency make it fall short compared to Live it Up Super Greens.
6. Jocko Greens

Â
Developed by former Navy SEAL Jocko Willink, Jocko Fuel makes products that target performance, recovery, and nutrition for high-performing athletes and combat professionals. All products from Jocko Fuel use natural ingredients that prioritize quality and safety, with Jocko Greens being no exception.
Read the full Jocko Greens review.
Price
- $49.99 for a 30-serving tub ($1.66 per serving).
- $44.99 for a 30-serving tub ($1.50 per serving).
- Free shipping is only for orders $99+.
Ingredients
Jocko Greens uses mostly organic ingredients, including 23 superfoods like:
- Organic spirulina
- Organic cranberry fruit extract, organic açaà powder, and organic wild blueberry
- Organic kale
- Organic broccoli sprout
- Organic sweet potato
- Organic oat grass
- Organic apple powder and organic banana powder
Additionally, this greens blend includes adaptogens like ashwagandha and Rhodiola, plus 9 billion CFUs of probiotics.
Purported Benefits
Jocko Greens aims to assist with immunity and âwhole health support.â Unfortunately, Jocko Greens does not provide details about vitamin and mineral quantities on the supplements facts panel, so it is unclear whether the product actually provides sufficient amounts of vitamin C, vitamin D, and other immune-focused nutrients.Â
This greens powder likely supports gut health and digestion due to having the highest probiotic quantity on the list (9 billion CFUs!). However, the blend only includes 1g of dietary fiber and no digestive enzymes, which may raise concerns regarding how much this greens powder will offer complete digestive support.
Quality and Safety
Jocko Greens is produced in a GMP-certified facility and is third-party tested. Though this blend is non-GMO, the company has no information about whether it is gluten-free or nut-free (best to assume itâs not).
Taste and Texture
Based on customer reviews, Jocko Greens does not have the chalky or gritty texture of most greens powders. Instead, the formula dissolves easily in water or juice, making it enjoyable to drink. The blend comes in two flavor optionsâpineapple coconut and peach. Unfortunately, many reviews mention that both flavors are overly sweet.
Â
Jocko Pros | Jocko Cons |
|
|
Bottom line: Jocko Greens provides a detailed ingredient list that relies heavily on the inclusion of probiotics, organic greens, and other superfoods. Price-wise, this greens powder is more affordable than AG1. However, the lack of information regarding the vitamin and mineral content raises concerns as to whether youâre getting sufficient vitamins and minerals in each scoop.
Dietitian Tip: Support your gut health by looking for a greens powder that contains at least a few billion CFU of probiotics and a blend of dietary enzymes like amalyse, lipase, and protease. Bonus points if the blend also has prebiotics, which support the growth of healthy gut bacteria.
Is AG1 Worth It?
AG1 is formulated to support gut health, immunity, energy, and your bodyâs natural defenses. This vegan greens powder is third-party tested, non-GMO, and free of gluten, nuts, and dairy.
So does this make Athletic Greens worth it? While we think some competitors give AG1 a run for its money, this greens supplement certainly delivers on many fronts. With a wide range of whole foods within its 75+ ingredients, AG1 takes a "more is better" approach to health by offering an extensive list of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
Still, AG1 is best used by high-performance athletes looking to meet a more intense demand for daily nutrients. While that may make the product's cost worth it for some customers, it may be unnecessarily expensive for those who could find the same results with more affordable Athletic Greens alternatives.
Why Look for AG1 Alternatives?
Your health is personal. And while AG1 may be the right choice for many people, it's not for everyone. Let's break down why a lot of people have been looking for the best Athletic Greens alternatives.
Price
Simply put, AG1 is one of the highest-priced greens powders on the market.
While we canât be entirely sure why AG1âs cost is so high, itâs hard to deny that $99 for a single purchase or $79 for a monthly subscription is a considerable barrier to purchase. This comes out to $2.64 to $3.30 per serving, and that's without the shipping cost!
In comparison, Live it Up Super Greens, comes out to $1.33 to $1.99 per serving, depending on whether you choose a monthly subscription or a single purchase, with free shipping regardless of which you choose.
Not Made With Fully Organic Ingredients
Boosting your health with a greens powder supplement means looking at all the product features that may impact your well-being, including whether the product is organic. While relatively few greens powders are USDA-certified organic, there are many greens powders that use only produce grown in organic settings, making for a high-quality product.
Only 6 of AG1âs 75 ingredients are organic. With non-organic ingredients, you run the risk of consuming pesticides and herbicides, chemicals that can have both short- and long-term health consequences.
And, since green powders are dehydrated and ground to a fine powder, you're getting a concentrated amount of produceâand possibly pesticidesâin one small scoop. Compared to Athletic Greens, other greens products on the market contain only organic vegetables, making them a better choice for those who prioritize organic ingredients.
Synthetic Vitamins
âWholeâ vitamins and minerals naturally occur in fresh vegetables, fruits, and proteins. Synthetic vitamins and minerals are those that are isolated from whole foods or are produced in a lab. Often, these synthetic micronutrients are not absorbed into the body as readily as vitamins from whole foods.
AG1 has added isolated vitamins to their greens powder to help boost its nutrient content. Other Athletic Greens alternatives, including Live it Up Super Greens and Bloom Greens & Superfoods, rely solely on high-quality, nutrient-dense ingredients to deliver whole vitamins and minerals to your system.
Excessively High Nutrients
Athletic Greens' supplement facts panel may greatly surpass other greens powders in terms of vitamin and mineral amounts, but from my perspective, this may not benefit everyone. While adding extra micronutrients may seem harmless (and for many people, it may be), surpassing recommended daily values could even be detrimental.Â
Athletic Greens has well above 100, 200, and even 500% of your recommended daily value for most of its vitamins and minerals per serving. If your individual health needs require you to be aware of high-dose nutrients or if you are already taking high-dose supplements, Iâd recommend other greens powders.
Low Bioavailability
With such a steep price point, it's assumed that most ingredients in Athletic Greens are of the highest bioavailability, meaning they can be digested and used by the body well. While it seems they do add many easily absorbed superfoods, the chlorella in AG1 is unlikely to be bioavailable.
For example, chlorella is a type of algae with numerous health benefits, but it has strong fibrous cell walls that cannot be broken down during digestion. In order for chlorella to be useful to our body, it must undergo processing that breaks down the cell wall. This way we are able to absorb all the nutrition this superfood has to offer.
This is why in many greens powders, including Amazing Grass Greens Blend and Live it Up Super Greens, you'll find broken or cracked cell wall chlorella. Always look for this type to ensure full digestion and benefits.
Too Many Ingredients
While 75 vitamins, minerals, and superfoods in AG1 may sound amazing, when you pack too many ingredients into a small scoop, you're left with only a small amount of each. By including so many ingredients, you risk diluting them and reducing the overall effectiveness and potential health benefits.
Additionally, overly complex ingredient lists are more likely to trigger known or unknown food sensitivities. For example, AG1 is not soy-free. If you have a history of such sensitivities, choosing a greens superfood powder with a smaller, more curated list of ingredients may be better in the long run.
What Makes an Excellent Green Supplement?
As you work toward finding the best greens powder for your individual needs, here are a few important characteristics to consider.
Consider Organic
While it's essential to get enough vegetables, fruit, and other plants for a healthy diet, there is growing evidence that pesticides can have lasting negative health effects.
Green powders are a great addition to the diet because they provide so many superfoods in just one scoop, but you may want to consider a product with organic ingredients to help avoid a concentrated dose of chemicals.
Look for Diverse Superfoods
Sometimes we end up in a rut, eating the same vegetables and fruits every dayâor missing out on them completely. When that happens, a good greens powder can help fill nutritional gaps. If the product you choose has minimal superfoods, it may not actually provide the health benefits or essential nutrients you need.
To maximize your odds of results, choose a greens powder that has several of these antioxidant-rich groups: grasses such as barley grass, vegetables, leafy greens, fruit, herbs, roots, and blue-green algae. For additional benefits, consider a mushroom blend and fiber blend.
Choose Digestion-Supporting Ingredients
A great feature in most greens powders is the inclusion of probiotics, fiber, and digestive enzymes, which are proven to aid your digestive health.
In order to truly make a positive gut health impact, a greens powder should offer at least a few billion CFUs of probiotic blend per serving. Additionally, look for a greens powder with a digestive enzyme blend that includes enzymes like papaya (papain) and pineapple (bromelain), both of which help break down food to facilitate digestion.
Avoid Excessive Amounts of Ingredients
Many companies try to attract customers by adding unnecessary amounts of synthetic vitamins or niche compounds and overstuffing their ingredient lists. By doing so, they may be reducing the amount of each superfood per serving, potentially impacting the productâs overall health benefits.Â
If you're ever in doubt about a product, remember that the goal is quality over quantity. The best greens powders will have a wide variety of superfoods and between about 20 and 30 total ingredients.
Avoid Additives and Fillers
The best greens powder avoids additives such as bulking and anti-caking agents, colorants, emulsifiers, and preservatives. Look for a product without guar gum, xanthan gum, silicon dioxide (silica), and other ingredients that are simply fillers rather than health-promoting superfoods.
Avoid Added Sugar and Artificial Sweeteners
Sugar-free is the way to go when searching for the best greens powder. When looking to boost your diet with nutrients and greens, the last thing you want is added sugars, much less artificial sweeteners (such as sucralose) and sugar alcohols (such as erythritol or xylitol), as both may negatively affect your gut health.
Monk fruit, a plant with a naturally sweet taste, is generally considered safe. Stevia leaf extract is as well, though it may have the potential to lower concentrations of beneficial gut bacteria or create digestive upset for some people.
Confirm Safety and Quality
Consider purchasing greens powders from a company that puts maximal effort into the safety and quality of its products. Look for third-party testing and powders being produced in a certified GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) facility.
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) does not regulate what is in your supplement, so without these certifications, there's no telling what else may be present (or what might be missing) from your greens powder.
Final Thoughts
What you eat plays a fundamental role in your health. If you're looking for a greens powder to support a healthy diet and lifestyle, know that youâre taking an incredible step toward caring for your body by supporting your nutrition.
After researching many products, it's clear to me that Live it Up Super Greens is an exceptional greens powder and an excellent Athletic Greens alternative.
Itâs made with a cultivated array of superfoods paired with an effective blend of probiotics and digestive enzymes. Live it Up cares about safety with third-party testing and production in a GMP-certified facility in the USA. Bonus: it's quite tasty. Support your bodyâs nutrition and give Live it Up Super Greens a try!
Frequently Asked Questions
For more information on Athletic Greens, see the below frequently asked questions.
What is the best alternative to AG1?
There are many other excellent greens powders without the high price tag of AG1, including Live it Up, Huel Daily Greens, Bloom Greens, and Zena Greens. In my experience, I think Live it Up Super Greens is the best AG1 alternative. Pricing alone, Live it Up Super Greens is significantly more affordable at $1.33 per subscription serving compared to the $2.64 per serving for an AG1 subscription.
Additionally, Live it Up offers a well-rounded ingredient list and transparent nutrition information about the vitamin and mineral content. Live it Up sidesteps this problem by relying on a more concise ingredient list of mostly organic superfoods and vegetables.Â
What are the negative side effects of AG1?
Like with most dietary supplements, digestive upset is a common side effect as the body adjusts. If you experience nausea, bloating, gas, constipation, or diarrhea. Additionally, the extensive ingredient list used to make AG1 may raise concerns about efficacy. Though this is not necessarily a negative side effect, it is important to be aware of.
Are Athletic Greens AG1 unhealthy?

Keep in mind that everyone experiences taste differently, and what may taste great to one person may not be reviewed as positively by the next.
Does AG1 work?
Many Athletic Greens customers report that AG1 is convenient, helps support regularity, and helps with their energy. Other customers have not found benefit or enjoy it but feel it's too expensive to keep in their daily routine.
Is Live it Up Greens worth it?

And at just $1.33 per serving with free shipping and a money-back guarantee, Live it Up Greens is worth trying at no risk to you.

Live it Up also stands out for being more affordable at $1.99 per serving compared to AG1's $3.30 for a one-time order. For a premium greens powder without the premium price when it comes to Live it Up vs AG1, Live it Up is the clear winner in terms of AG1 alternatives.Â
Is anything as good as or better than AG1?
Yes, Live it Up Super Greens is not only as good as AG1 but often considered better for most users. Live it Up is made with organic vegetables and is entirely free of artificial sweeteners, gluten, soy, and added sugars.
